Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You receive a confirmation email right after ordering and a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Ships in 1–2 business days · delivery in 5–9 business days (US), tracked. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates; carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can add a few days.
Standard tracked shipping is free on all orders within the United States.
Tracking can take 48–72 hours to show the first update. If your tracking has not moved for 7 days, email us at support@curlana.com and we will look into it.
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours and we will try to correct it before the order ships.
If your parcel arrives damaged or is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will send a replacement or a refund.
