Use your Curlana for 30 days from delivery. If you are not happy with it for any reason, email us at support@curlana.com with your order number and we will refund you.
Email support@curlana.com with your order number and a few words about what didn't work. A real person replies within 1–2 business days. We may ask you to return the item; if we do, we send you a prepaid return label, so returns cost you nothing.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
If your item arrives damaged or stops working, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
For hygiene reasons, returned beauty items are not resold. That does not affect your right to a refund under this guarantee.
You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible.
